Waiver & Policies

This waiver outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and safety standards for all participants and families involved in Jaguar Sports programs

📄 1. Participation Waiver

By registering a child in Jaguar Sports, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:

Jaguar Sports provides recreational sports programs designed for safety and skill development.

Participation involves physical activity with inherent risks (running, jumping, collisions, falls).

Jaguar Sports coaches and staff prioritize safety but cannot eliminate all risks.

Parents/guardians accept responsibility for their child’s participation.

Jaguar Sports may provide first aid if needed and contact emergency services when appropriate.

Parents/guardians agree to release Jaguar Sports, its coaches, volunteers, and staff from liability for minor injuries that may occur during normal play.

🛟 2. Youth‑at‑Risk Protection Policy

Jaguar Sports is committed to supporting youth at risk and ensuring every child feels safe, included, and respected.

Parents/guardians acknowledge that:

Jaguar Sports uses trauma‑informed, patient, supportive coaching methods.

No child will be punished, shamed, or excluded for behavioral challenges.

Jaguar Sports may provide calm breaks, redirection, or one‑on‑one support when needed.

If a child shows signs of distress, Jaguar Sports will respond immediately and communicate with parents when appropriate.

Jaguar Sports reserves the right to adjust programming or provide additional support to ensure safety for all participants.

🚫 3. Zero‑Tolerance Policy

To protect all children — especially youth at risk — Jaguar Sports strictly prohibits:

• Bullying
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Violence or aggression
• Swearing or disrespect
• Unsafe behavior
• Parent sideline aggression
•  

Any violation may result in removal from the program to maintain a safe environment.

🧑‍🏫 4. Coaching & Supervision Policy

Parents/guardians acknowledge that:

• Use positive, supportive coaching
• Are trained to recognize distress
• Maintain safe supervision
• Adjust groups or support as needed
